For the benefit of all guests, please observe these cleanliness and safety guidelines…
Cancellation Policy – 20% Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made (3) days, 72 hours, before 2:00 PM the day before arrival or you will be charged the full reservation amount.
Long Term reservations will be charged a refundable $350 security deposit and guest must give 30 days notice of cancellation or you will forfeit your $350 deposit. If you book a long term stay and depart early you will be charged at the weekly/daily rate and not the long term rate. Weekly rates are based on 7 day stays. Early departures will result in the rate reverting back to the daily rate. Long term stays will also be billed a power usage fee.
* RV’s older than 2013 need to be approved by Management. Please submit photos of all four sides to 435-236-7458
