Reservation Policies:
- For all reservations longer than one week, RVs must be from the 2014 model year or newer, or approved by management. Submit approval requests by texting pictures of all four sides to 435.236.7458.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. However, cancellations made by 2:00 PM, 72 hours prior to arrival, will result in the deposit being moved to your guest account for future use. No credits will be given for cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice.
Weekly Rates:
- Weekly rates are based on 7-day stays. Early departures will result in the rate reverting back to the daily rate.
Monthly Reservations:
- RVs must be from the 2013 model year or newer, or approved by management. Submit approval requests by texting pictures of all four sides to 435.236.7458.
- Stays longer than 2 months will be charged a $250 refundable security deposit. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure if the site has been maintained without issue.
