Settlers Point Luxury RV Resort is located just off Exit 13 from I-15 in Washington, Utah. The resort sits 20 minutes from Zion National Park and 10 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park. Spacious RV sites include full water, sewer, and 50/30/20-amp electric hookups. Each site has a private picnic table and fire pit for evening meals under the Southern Utah sky.

The location delivers easy highway access without road noise. You are close enough to St. George for groceries and gear, and close enough to the parks for day trips without long drives.

What Your Rate Includes

Every RV site at Settlers Point includes:

Full hookups with 20/30/50-amp electric service at every pedestal. Complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the resort. Access to the heated pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, playground, and clubhouse. Use of the laundry facility with modern machines. Clean restrooms and showers maintained daily. Fenced dog park with agility equipment.

The management office includes a guest lobby and gift shop. You will receive a welcome treat at check-in.

Nightly, Weekly, and Monthly RV Rates

Settlers Point RV resort rates:

Nightly rates start at $70. Weekly rates start at $390 (7-night minimum). Monthly rates available by phone.

For extended stays or monthly reservations, call 435-236-7458. Multi-month bookings require an Extended Stay Application.

Pet Fees:

Dogs are welcome at $2 per day or $30 per month. The resort includes a fenced dog park with agility course and a pet wash station. Pet Concierge services (walks, daycare, feeding) are available for an additional fee.

Reservation Policies:

For all reservations longer than one week, RVs must be no older than 10 years, unless approved by management.
Submit approval requests by texting pictures of all four sides to 435.236.7458.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. However, cancellations made by 2:00 PM, 72 hours prior to arrival, will result in the deposit being moved to your guest account for future use. No credits will be given for cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Weekly Rates:

Weekly rates are based on 7-day stays. Early departures will result in the rate reverting back to the daily rate.

Monthly Reservations:

RVs must be no older than 10 years, unless approved by management. Submit approval requests by texting pictures of all four sides to 435.236.7458.
