We love this RV park! Great pool that is heated all year round. Pool towels provided. Large jacuzzi. Great clubhouse. Gift shop with some basic supplies. During the winter - activities every day. Large RV spaces with gravel. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice bathrooms and laundry rooms. I love the propane on site. If you need your propane filled, just leave your tank by the curb and they will pick it up and return it to you filled.

Outstanding RV park! Very clean and welcoming. Especially the ladies in the office, SUPER accommodating! We’ve been coming here since they opened, sometimes twice a year, all the way from the central coast of California. We wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else!

I have been hesitant to write this review for some time now. The only reason-- we don't want to fight you for our spot🤣This is our favorite rv resort! From the staff to the cleanliness to the friendly people. They go out of their way to make it the best place to stay and you'll keep coming back! Our kids always have friends, the pool is very warm, they have activities for adults and kids all the time, and you really can't beat the location. Close to the freeway but far enough you don't hear any noise!

We booked this resort back in July with the plans to stay a month as we migrate south, to warmer temperatures. Settlers Point Luxury RV resort didn't disappoint. From the friendly staff, to the outstanding amenities, it exceeded our expectations. Speaking of amenities, this resort has it all, pickleball, basketball, cornhole, a playground, club house, dog park, hot tub and heated pool. Of course, it is the little things that make it more enjoyable, such as the events, food trucks, and the pebble ice machine in the kitchen! Never did we walk into a space (bathrooms, club house, laundry room) without them being spotless. The location is perfect. It's close to freeway without ever hearing the freeway! Angie and her team are the best. We look forward to coming back!

OK. This place is amazing! The grounds are pristine. The staff is friendly and so helpful! They do not have firepits at their spots, but they will bring you a propane firepit, with the propane and a lighter if you want to have a little fire. They do not allow any smoking or vaping within the camp ground, so I think it's all about keeping the air quality clean. There are many long term residents, and everyone has neat and clean spaces. They offer "Doggie Concierge Service" , so if you need to leave your dog in your rig for the day, they will come take for a walk, a ride in a golf cart, or anything else you might need for your dog. Their laundry and bathroom facilities are all fantastically clean and comfortable.
